JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Deepak Dubey appearing for the complainant and learned AGA for the State and perused the material brought on record.

(2.) The applicant being father-in-law of the deceased Ms. Gunjan @ Gudiya facing prosecution in connection with case crime no. 254 of 2020, under Ss. 498A, 304B IPC and Sec. 3/4 D.P.Act, P.S. Kotwali, District Ballia and is in jail since 16/8/2020.

(3.) The brief summary of the prosecution story as placed by learned counsel for the applicant, that one Deena Nath Singh, father of the deceased has got the FIR registered on 14/8/2020 at P.S. Kotwali, District Ballia at 14:23 hours for the incident said to have been taken place at 08:00 hours on the same day under the aforesaid Sec. of the IPC.
