(1.) Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned standing counsel.

(2.) Learned counsel for the applicant submits that a general direction was issued in Chandra Bali vs. Addl. Commissioner and others, Writ-C No. 6635 of 2012. Despite direction, the pending restoration has not been decided within stipulated time. Learned counsel for the applicant has not placed on record the order sheet of the proceedings.

(3.) In view thereof, the contempt application is disposed of.
