JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents and perused the record.

Attention was drawn to the letter no. 1561 of 2019 written by Special Secretary, State of U.P. to the District Magistrate, District- Kaushambi, undated copy whereof has been annexed as annexure no. 3 to the petition to indicate that the matter of the petitioner has been re-directed to the respondent no. 4, District Magistrate, District Kaushambi herein. It is further submitted that till date no action has been taken.
