The instant application has been moved on behalf of the applicants to quash the chargesheet dtd. 7/4/2020 as well as summoning order dtd. 29/6/2020 issued by the Special Judge, Court No.12, Sultanpur in Case Crime No. 19/2020, under Ss. 452, 354, 504, 506 of IPC and Sec. 7/8 POCSO Act pertaining to Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District Sultanpur.
