JUDGEMENT

(1.) With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties the petition is being disposed of at the admission stage itself.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the State.

(3.) By means of the instant petition, the petitioner assails the order dtd. 30/7/2021 contained in annexure no.1 with the writ petition whereby respondent no.1 has refused permission to the petitioner to sell his property in terms of Sec. 98 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 (in short 'Code, 2006') read with Rule 99 of U.P. Revenue Code Rules, 2016 (in short 'Rules, 2016').
