JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. A.P.S. Raghav, learned counsel for petitioner, learned Standing Counsel representing respondents 1, 2, 3, 4, Mr. R.R. Shukla, learned counsel representing Caveator respondents 5 and 6 and Mr. Pradeep Singh, learned counsel representing respondent 13 Gaon Sabha.

(2.) Challenge in this writ petition is to the order dtd. 31/8/2021 passed by respondent 2 Board of Revenue, U.P. at Allahabad (Annexure 1 to the writ petition), and order dtd. 12/9/2007 passed by respondent 4 Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Sadar, District Mirzapur (Annexure 3 to the writ petition).
