JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for applicant, Sri Manoj Kumar Chandel, counsel for the first informant, the learned AGA for the State and perused the record.

(2.) Applicant- Sameer @ Kabootar seeks bail in Case Crime No. 0002 of 2020, under Sections 363, 376, 506 IPC and section 3 (2) V of SC/ST Act and 3/4 of POCSO Act, P.S. Salempur, District- Deoria.

(3.) Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that applicant is wholly innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive.
