JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Dharmendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State of U.P. and perused the record.

(2.) This Application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to issue direction to the court below to decide the case in S.T. No. 292 of 2019 in Case Crime No. 299 of 2019 under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 341, 427 and 302 I.P.C., P.S. Line Bazar, District Jaunpur pending in the Court of Session Judge, Court No. 3, Jaunpur.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that applicant is complainant of this case. She is being threatened by the accused to withdraw the case, therefore, it is prayed that till date, not even charges have been framed, though case is of the year 2019, hence direction is sought that Court below shall be instructed to conclude the trial of this case expeditiously.
