(2.) In Re: Civil Misc. Delay Condonation Application No. 1 of 2020 and Civil Misc. Restoration Application No. 2 of 2020.

(3.) Instant restoration application along with delay condonation application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner against the order dtd. 2/11/2011 passed by this Court dismissing the writ petition as infructuous.
