JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri S. N. Tripath, learned counsel, assisted by Sri I. P. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel, represents respondent nos.1, 2 & 3 and perused the record.

(2.) At the out set learned counsel for the petitioner prayed to correct the name of respondent no.1 as District Deputy Director of Consolidation/Collector, District Bulandshahar.

(3.) Learned Standing Counsel has no objection on the aforesaid prayer as made by counsel for the petitioner.
