JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Ajit Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Krishna Mohan Asthana, learned counsel for respondentand learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.

(2.) Petitioner in the present case has merely prayed for the following relief:-

(3.) Petitioner had taken loan of Rs. 7,30,000/- from the respondent bank for agriculture purposes. Due to default being committed by the petitioner, recovery has been initiated.
