As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or calling for counter affidavit,without entering into the merits of the case the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Region Varanasi, District Jaunpur, Tehsil Machhali Shahar is directed to expeditiously decide the case no.00833 of 2020 (Ram Lakhan vs. Gaon Sabha) strictly in accordance with law preferably within next six months from the date of production of a copy of this order downloaded from the website of the High Court strictly in accordance with law after hearing the affected parties.
