JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present Writ petition has been filed by the petitioner under Art. 226 of the Constitution of India making of following prayers :

(2.) The petitioner attained the age of 60 years on 17.2.2003 but the continued in service till the end of acadmic session i.e., up to 30.6.2003 in view of the relevant provisions of the First statues of Agra University.

(3.) The amount of General Provident Fund due to the petitioner was paid after about 17 months of his retirement.
