JUDGEMENT

(1.) ADMIT .

(2.) TILL further orders of this Court, the ejectment of the revisionist pursuant to the judgment and decree dated 20.9.2011 passed by Judge Small Cause/Additional District Judge Court No. 16, Kanpur Nagar in Small Cause Suit No. 64 of 2003, Sardar Sardul Singh v. Guru Pratap Singh shall remain stayed provided the revisionsit deposit entire decretal amount within one month from today and further continues to deposit rent/damages at the rate of Rs. 12,000/ - per month w.e.f. December, 2011, the said rent being payable in advance on or before 7th day of each month. In the event of failure of any of the aforesaid conditions this interim order would stand automatically vacated and the opposite party would be free to execute the decree.
