JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

(2.) Keeping in view the nature of submissions that have been noticed in the case of Smt. Gopa Chakarvarthy v. State of U.P.,2007 9 ADJ 309, the applicant is entitled for bail.

(3.) Let the applicant-Amit Kumar involved in Case Crime No. 449 of2010, under Sections 420, 406, 506 I.P.C., Police Station-Jansath,District-Muzaffar Nagar be enlarged on bail on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two heavy sureties of Rs. 1 lac eachin the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
