JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

(2.) Petitioner is a husband. He has filed divorce case no. 400 of 2010 (Kushal Kishore Tripathi Vs. Smt. Nainsi Tripathi) under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Kanpur Nagar.

(3.) By means of this writ petition he wants that a direction be issued to the Judge, Family court to decide the said case on day-to-day basis.
