JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. V.M. Zaidi, Senior Advocate for the revisionist and the learned AGA and perused the record.

(2.) This is a revision against the judgment and order dated 23.7.2010 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 4, Fatehpur in S.T. No. 15 of 2009 (State v. Subhadra Pathak and Ors.) whereby the learned Additional Sessions Judge rejected the revisionist's application for declaring him as a juvenile.

(3.) It appears that the revisionist Subhadra Pathak is an accused in the aforesaid case. The case of the revisionist has been separated by the learned trial Court vide its order dated 14.5.2010 and he is now being tried as accused in ST. No. 15-A of 2009.
