JUDGEMENT

(1.) NOTICE on behalf of the opposite party Nos. 1 to 4 has been accepted by the learned Chief Standing Counsel whereas notice on behalf of the opposite party No. 5 has been accepted by Mr. Gauri Shanker Maurya, Advocate.

(2.) CAVEAT was filed on behalf of the opposite party No. 6 by Mr. Som Kartik, however, Mr. Ashok Kumar Pandey, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the opposite party No. 6 and files Vakalatnama, the same is taken on record.

(3.) LEARNED Counsel for the Petitioners submits that the signature of Smt. Shanti Devi was certified by the order dated 20.5.2011 by DIOS, however, by the impugned order dated 24.5.2011 the said order dated 20.5.2011 has been cancelled without any notice or opportunity to the Petitioner.
