(1.) Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioners, learned Counsel for the State Respondents and learned Counsel for allottees who filed impleadment application.

(2.) With the above restriction impleadment application dated 03.02.2010 field on 15.02.2010 is allowed.

(3.) This writ petition arises out of proceedings for the determination of surplus agricultural land under U.P. Imposition of Ceiling on Land Holdings Act. Through this writ petition the following orders have been challenged.
