JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. appearing for the State.

(2.) It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that F.I.R. has been lodged after two months of the alleged occurrence which is against unknown person, thereafter recovery of motorcycle has been planted.

(3.) Learned A.G.A. contended that two stolen motorcycles were recovered from the possession of the applicant.
