JUDGEMENT

(1.) Rejoinder Affidavit on behalf of the petitioner has been filed today.

(2.) The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition making the following prayers:

As per the averments made in the Writ Petition, the petitioner entered into an Agreement with the Gram Panchayat Trishuli, District Sarguja in the State of Chattisgarh in accordance with the provisions of the Government Order dated 2nd March, 2006. Copy of the said Government Order dated 2nd March, 2006 has been filed as Annexure CA 1 to the Counter Affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent nos. 1 to 3. Copy of the Agreement has been filed as Annexure 1 to the Writ Petition.
