JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is a Plaintiffs appeal under Section 100 of the Code of Civil Procedure against the judgment and decree dated 3.10.1983 passed in Civil Appeal No. 509 of 1982 arising out of Original Suit No. 48 of 1980 whereby both the Courts below have dismissed the suit of the Plaintiff-Appellant which was filed for cancellation of the sale-deeds dated 7.9.1977 and 24.10.1977 with respect to an area within minjumla plot No. 191 situate in village Baraila alias Lotawan, pargana Zamania, District- Ghazipur.
