JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A.

(2.) This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the summoning orders dated 4.2.2010 and 6.5.2011 passed by Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Court No. 15, Saharanpur whereby the learned Magistrate has summoned the applicants to face trial for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 504, 506, 379 I.P.C., P.S.Gagal Hedi, District Saharanpur in complaint Case No. 3655 of 2010.

(3.) The contention of the counsel for the applicants is that no offence against the applicants is disclosed and the present prosecution has been instituted with a malafide intention for the purposes of harassment. He referred to certain documents and statements in support of his contention.
