JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri S.A. Gilani, learned Counsel appearing for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.

(2.) Present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 31.8.2000 passed by the Collector, Bulandshahar (Annexure 4 to writ petition).

(3.) Section 2 of the ordinance is to be deemed to have come into force on 3rd June, 1981. Section 2 is being reproduced below:
