(1.) HEARD learned Counsel for the parties.

(2.) IT appears from the record that original tenant Mohan Lal Tiwari has died due to which vacancy was declared and releasing order was passed by A.C.M. (VII) Kanpur Nagar in favour of Respondents No. 2 and 3 in Rent Case No. 32 of 2008. The question before the Court is as to whether his family members have vacated the tenanted portion in dispute after tenancy had been devolved upon them. It is also not clear from the record as to whether the Petitioner was provided an accommodation in J. K. Cotton Spinning and Weaving Mills Ltd. as he was trainee or employed as watch and ward.
