(3.) ADMITTEDLY , a bunch of writ petitions has been decided by a Division Bench of this Court by judgment and order dated 11.11.2011 in Writ Petition No. 327 (Tax) of 2008; NTPC Limited & another vs. State of UP & others, whereby the impugned notification dated 4th of June, 2011 has been quashed.
