JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA and perused the record.

(2.) This is an application under section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the non-bailable warrant dated 20.04.2011 issued by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIth, Ghaziabad issued against the applicant in Case Crime No. 245 of 2000, under section 147, 353, 332, 336, 341, 283 I.P.C and section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act, P.S. Muradnagar, District Ghaziabad.

(3.) Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the default was not deliberate and the applicant being a law abiding citizen, intends to appear before the courts below to seek bail, therefore, he may be provided some interim protection.
