JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State respondent.

(2.) The present 482 Petition has been filed for quashing of the summoning order dated 27.10.2006 passed in criminal complaint case no. 385 of 2009 under section 136 Negotiable Instruments Act pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IInd, Agra.

(3.) The challenge in the present petition is to the summoning order dated 27.10.2006 and no good ground has been given by the applicant for approaching this Court at such a belated stage.
