JUDGEMENT

(1.) Rejoinder affidavit filed today is taken on record.

(2.) Heard Sri R.K. Sharma, learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.

(3.) By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has assailed the order dated 26.3.2010 whereby arm licence of the petitioner was cancelled by the District Magistrate, Hardoi and the order dated 15.4.2010 passed by the Commissioner, Lucknow Division, Lucknow, whereby the appeal preferred by the petitioner was dismissed.
