JUDGEMENT

(1.) IT is pointed out that though this court has reproduced the provisions of Section 244(1) and (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure in the order, but in place of sub -section (2) of Section 244, sub -section (2) of Section 245 has been reduced in writing, therefore, the same is permitted to be replaced by the provisions of sub -section(2) of Section 244 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, which is reproduced hereunder: -

(2.) IT is provided that in the order dated 14th of June, 2011, passed by this court, in place of sub -section (2) of Section 245 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the sub -section (2) of Section 244 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, as above, shall be substituted. Accordingly the order dated 14th of June, 2011 is modified, suo moto.
