(2.) Heard Sri B. K. Singh, learned Counsel for the Petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties.

(3.) By means of present writ petition, the Petitioners have approached this Court challenging the impugned advertisement dated 2,2.2011, published in "The Indian Express" newspaper, as contained in Annexure No. 1 to the writ petition.
