JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner making the following prayers:

(2.) It appears that the petitioner took loan under the "Sikshit Berojgar Yojana" from the respondent no.2-Bank of India.

(3.) A Notice dated 14.2.2011 (Annexure 2 to the Writ Petition) was issued to the petitioner requiring the petitioner to deposit the over-due amount in respect of the loan taken by the petitioner.
