(2.) Petitioners before this Court seek quashing of the order passed by the Additional District Judge dated 14.05.1994 in M.A. Case No. 24 of 1992 on an appeal filed against an order of the Forest Settlement Officer, Chopan, District-Sohnebhadra date 08.10.1991.
