(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the applicant and the respondents.

(2.) THIS is an application for cancellation of bail granted by the learned District Judge vide order dated 19.6.2010. The only argument raised is that the respondents had earlier been released on bail, but subsequently Sections 364A and 120B IPC were added and they have been released on the same bond which they? had? executed earlier.
