(2.) THIS writ petition has been filed against the order dated 20.6.2011 passed by Collector, Bijnor rejecting petitioner's application under Section 12-Ga (4)(5) of U.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1947 for transferring the Case No. 2 of 2010, Vinod Kumar v. Sanjay Kumar to another competent court.
