JUDGEMENT

(1.) Sri Abhishek Tripathi, Advocate has put in appearance for the respondent. He may file counter-affidavit within a week. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within a week thereafter. List this matter after expiry of the aforesaid period.

(2.) The main ground taken by the learned Counsel for the revisionist is that the Issue No. 2, which has been decided against him, was with respect to the applicability of U.P. Buildings (Regulation of Letting, Rent and Eviction) Act, 1972.
