JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned standing counsel for the Respondents. This writ petition arises out of proceedings under Section 122 -B of U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act. The first order was passed on 30.01.1990 by Tehsildar Gyanpur, District Varansi in case No. 220 of 1986 copy of which is Annexure 2 to the writ petition. The allegation against the Petitioner was that he was in unauthorised occupation of Gaon Sabha land comprised in following plots:

(3.) I do not find any error in the impugned orders. Earlier order of Tehsildar being passed in ignorance of amendment in Section 122 -B of the Act is of no value.
