JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State respondent.

(2.) The present 482, Cr.P.C. application has been filed for quashing the proceedings in application no. 35-B under Section 193 IPC and Under Section 344 Cr.P.C. pending before VII Additional District Judge, Fatehpur.

(3.) It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that the proceedings are bad in law and cannot be sustained.
