POOJA JAISWAL Vs. STATE

JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS habeas corpus petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to produce Smt. Pooja Jaiswal and set her at liberty, who has been detained in Nari Niketan, Mirzapur. In pursuance of an earlier order of this Court dated 18.3.2011, Smt. Pooja Jaiswal has been produced before this Court from the Nari Niketan, Mirzapur. As per her high school marks sheet, which has been annexed with this petition, her date of birth is 03.05.1990. Marriage certificate of Smt. Pooja Jaiswal with Amit Kumar Yadav has also been annexed with this petition.

(2.) WE have examined Smt. Pooja. She has stated that she is major aged about 21 years and has voluntarily married Amit Kumar Yadav and she would even like to go away with Amit Kumar Yadav.

(3.) THE habeas corpus petition is allowed as above.
