JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner has filed the present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, praying for quashing the order dated 9th May, 2011 (Annexure-4 to the writ petition).

(2.) IT appears that the petitioner was granted mining lease in respect of the area in question by the lease deed dated 8th January, 2010 (Annexure-3 to the writ petition).

(3.) WE have considered the submissions made by Shri B. N. Agrawal, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3.
