JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State-respondent.

(2.) The present 482 Petition has been filed for quashing of the order dated 21.02.2011 passed by the Additional District Judge, Court No. 10, Aligarh in Criminal Case No. 12 of 2010 under section 12/7 Juvenile Act, whereby the application of the applicant for medical examination of the applicant was rejected due to non appearance of the applicant.

(3.) Learned counsel for the applicant could not point out any legal infirmity in the order impugned, which may call for any interference by this Court in exercise of the power under section 482 Cr.P.C.
