JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Shri Anurag Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri Avadhesh Kumar, learned counsel for the opposite parties.

(2.) BY means of present writ petition, the petitioners are seeking a writ of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 28.05.2008, passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Kheri, as contained in Annexure -7 to the writ petition.
