JUDGEMENT

(1.) VIRENDRA Saran, J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned State Counsel.

(2.) THE applicant is involved in Case Crime No. 10/2001 under Section 302 IPC and a charge-sheet has been filed on 4-3-2001 before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kheri. THE learned trial Judge has also issued non-bailable warrant and process under Sections 82 and 83 Cr. P. C. against the applicant.

(3.) IT is further provided that in case the applicant makes any application for her bail application shall be disposed of by the Courts below as expeditiously as pos sible keeping in view the fact that the ap plicant is a woman.
