JUDGEMENT

(1.) Affidavit and the certified copy of the order dated 6.2.2001 filed today are taken on record.

(2.) Abdul Wahid Khan has preferred this revision against the judgment and order dated 12.2.2001 passed by S.D.M. Amroha, District Jyotiba Phule Nagar in case No. 7/13 under Sec. 145 Cr. P.C. by which S.D.M. concerned recalled the order dated 6.2.2001 and fixed 20.2.2001 for written statement of opposite parties concerned.
