JUDGEMENT

(1.) Counter-affidavit be taken on record. 2. Heard. 3. The applicant Nabbu is involved in Case Crime No. 136/2000 under Section 2/3 U. P. Gangster and Anti-social Activities (Prevention) Act, P. S. Tadiyawan, District Hardoi. 4. The learned Counsel for the applicant has said that in case Crime No. 167/98 and 172/94 the applicant has already been acquitted and in Case No. 181/94 the applicant is not named. It has also been said that the rest of the cases shown in the gang chart the applicant has already been enlarged on bail and is in jail for the last six months. 5. I think the applicant deserves bail. 6. Let the applicant be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Special Judge concerned. Bail granted. .
