JUDGEMENT

(1.) THESE two second appeals have been preferred against the judgment and decree dated 19-6-95 passed by the learned Additional Commissioner, in first appeals, filed against the judgment and decree dated 17-12-93 and 14-9-93 passed by the trial Court in a suit under Section 1 76 of UPZA and LR Act.

(2.) HEARD the learned Counsel for the respondents and perused the relevant papers on file.

(3.) AFTER perusing the relevant papers on file it appears that a suit under Section 176 of UPZA and LR Act was instituted before the trial Court in respect of the land as detailed down at the foot of the plaint. The suit was decreed on 11-8-92 in respect of making preliminary decree and the final decree was ordered to be made on 14-9-93 and 17-12-93. Against that orders first ap­peals preferred which stood allowed and remanded for fresh hearing in the matter. Against that order these two second ap­peals have been preferred before this Court.
