JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard.

(2.) The present petition arises out of the proceeding under Sec. 20 of the U.P. Imposition of Ceiling on Land Holdings Act, 1960 and is directed against the order dated 28.1.1992, annexure-3, passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the parties have entered into compromise and agreed for adjustment of their Chaks accordingly.
