JUDGEMENT

(1.) PRESENT Revision is against impugned order dated 18-5-1998 passed by Additional Commissioner (Nya/II), Varanasi Region; Varanasi in Revision No. 221 of 1993, Distt. Ballia viz Abdul Hasmat v. Tetari & others.,

(2.) THIS revision has been filed by Tetari w/o Buraboo R/o Vill. Kushahabhana, Bhatpurwa, Pargana-Sikandarpur Garvi Tahsil Rasara- District Ballia.

(3.) AGAINST the order dated 17-9-1988 a restoration application was moved by Karim father of Respondent No. 1 to 6 on the ground that plot in dispute had been recorded in his name on 12-2-1976 but it was held by S.D.O. Rasara, Ballia vide his order dated 27-9-1989 that the name of Karim had been wrongly recorded by fraud and his restoration application was rejected after hearing both the parties.
