JUDGEMENT

(1.) VIRENDRA Saran, J. Heard learned Counsel for the appellant and learned State Counsel.

(2.) BAIL was earlier rejected by me in this case as far back on 31-8-94. Now the appellant has remained in jail for the last ten years. Let appellant be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond of Rs. 20,000 and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Kheri. BAIL granted. .
