(1.) VIRENDRA Saran, J. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.

(2.) PETITIONER Meena Kumari has been produced in Court by the police. On our query, she told us that her age is 18/19 years. From her appearance also she appears to be a major. She further stated before us that she come to Court from the Government Protective Home. She also stated that she entered into marriage with Lallan of her own free-will and she wants to go with her husband.
